Clip Download

Further iterations have been added to our Clip Download functionality to allow clips created using multiple views of the same camera to be downloaded. For more information on how to download a clip, please visit the Knowledge Base guide here.

The Clip Download feature is only available with a specific hardware. Please contact support@onvulearning.com for further information.

Manage Devices

Manage Devices now has a new user interface - cameras are now in a grid format providing you with more information without scrolling. To view each cameras details, simply click on the 3 dots to expand its information section. If you need to update any of the camera’s settings, click on the green camera cog.
