Warning: Factory resetting a camera will delete all recordings on the camera.
Factory Reset Instructions
- Remove the camera cover so that you can see the face of the camera
- Using a tool with a point, press down on the grey button near the camera lens
- Allow the LED time to change to solid red
- Release the grey button when the camera shows solid red
- Allow the camera time to reboot and for the LED to show green or cyan
Camera LEDs
When resetting a camera, the LED follows the sequence below
| LED State | Status |
| Flashing blue (3 secs) | Releasing at this stage will reboot the camera with no changes made |
| Flashing Red (3 secs) | Releasing at this stage will factory reset all settings except the camera IP |
| Solid Red (6 secs) | Releasing at this stage will factory reset all settings including the IP |
| Off | Releasing or holding through this stage will reboot the camera with no changes made |
